Naturopathic Medicine with Dr. Stamer
At this time, all services with Dr. Stamer are being conducted virtually.
My mission is to empower, educate and guide others on their healing journeys.
I achieve this by listening to the layers of each patient’s story in order to find the root causes of imbalance, which means addressing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I treat each patient as a whole and unique person, and not simply based on a diagnosis. I have a belief in deep, sustained and holistic healing. The main focus of my practice is women’s health. I see women needing support with menstrual irregularities, PMS/PMDD, acne, PCOS, fibroids, menopause, to discuss contraception options including the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and more. I have a background of attending dozens of home births and aiding in preconception, prenatal and postpartum care while apprenticing with midwives during my naturopathic medical schooling. While I have decided not to pursue midwifery as a career at this time, I still greatly enjoy supporting people through their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journeys. |
I also have expertise and enjoy seeing patients with digestive concerns, endocrine disorders, autoimmune disease, cardiovascular issues, mental health concerns, and more. I use nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, biotherapeutic drainage, and homeopathy to support my patient’s healing. I also have a deep passion for teaching patients about environmental medicine and incorporate this into my treatments. You can learn more about me by visiting my professional website.

TestimonialS
I am so glad to have met Dr. Stamer! Since seeing her my health has improved immensely. When I first came to Dr. Stamer, I had no hope about my healthcare conditions. I have never had a doctor take the time with me that she does. She intently listens, explains everything and every step that we are going to take. Her recommendations and supplements prescribed have been spot on! She is a true blessing. I will continue my care with her for years to come. Thank you Dr. Stamer for all that you do and all that you have done!!! Simply Awesome Doctor you are indeed.
Dr. Stamer came highly recommend by a friend who has never steered me wrong and she was right again! In only a week after my visit with Dr. Stamer, I feel 100% better following her simple treatment plan for my depression. We cleaned up my diet, added some naturopathic medicine and supplements and I feel better then I have in months. I can’t wait to keep working with her! |
I nearly cried twice during my visit with Dr. Stamer because I felt so listened to and understood. I left truly feeling like I had an ally in my corner as I work towards increased health. After thoroughly listening to me and asking good questions, she was able to help me figure out what might be going on and helped me think of a plan going forward. I appreciated how she is having me start with low-to-no cost options first before trying more expensive interventions. Never before in a clinic setting have I been truly treated as a whole person and with so much respect and kindness! |
