As a functional nutritionist, I am committed to approaching health from a mind, body, spirit perspective.
Our food choices and daily habits are so personal, so I am constantly humbled by what my clients share with me in our sessions. I show up with each client looking for the ways that healthful change can feel joyful and easy, instead of feeling restrictive and depriving. I want to bring pleasure back to mealtime! I have been working in holistic health care since 2005, starting my career as a massage therapist. I fell head over heels in love with the human body in my first anatomy class - we are just so cool! I’ve always been a helper wanting to reduce human suffering - food, compassion, intuition and my own hands are my tools of choice. I have endless hope for healing. This is the motivation that drives my insatiable curiosity and passion for wellness. I am a forever student, dedicated to learning and exploring in this ever-changing and fascinating field. I have special interests in mental wellness, focusing my continuing education on the intersection of food and mood, mindset, and mind-body medicine. |
I also believe that food is activism and am driven to do my part to create a just and equitable food system. Until the day healthy food is accessible to all, I will offer sliding scale services for individuals who are most impacted by these issues (see below).
I am a proud co-founder of this awesome clinic. I am a country girl at heart, most happy with dirt under my fingernails and grass between my toes. I am a passionate gardener, cook and knitter, and I am deeply moved by the arts.

Testimonials
I had a great experience meeting with Jesse. I have been dealing with some acid reflux and gastritis for just over a year now. Recently I had a flare up after doing all the things or not doing some things my primary care physician told me to do or not do, I knew it was time to look somewhere else for answers. She is guiding me to make some changes in my diet and supplement intake and also helping shift the way I have been thinking about recent weight gain and my relationship to my body. I will definitely keep seeing her. She is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend.
Jesse Haas is an intuitive, empathetic, highly knowledgeable practitioner who truly listens. From our first session I walked away with more self-awareness, just by answering the questions she asked! I am looking forward to the 3-month program. Thank you Jesse <3
I had a wonderful and enlightening experience with Jesse. She helped me think about feeding my mind and body in new and healthy ways. I do much more meal planning and cut myself a lot more slack than I used to so I can enjoy my food and not restrict myself so much. She taught me how to be self-confident in my food choices. She is a great coach and teacher. |
Thank you so much for all of your teaching, coaching, and support. I feel that nutrition was a critical missing piece in my overall health and happiness. You helped me see the connection between food and mental/emotional health and not just physical health. This has made a big impact on me and I feel I will be able to take these habits with me wherever I go. |
Amazing experience!!! Jesse offered a very detailed and thorough approach to the history of my case before getting started. She never threw treatment plans at me without asking for my feedback/opinion. She set me up for success by making it feel like I had a say in what plan we were creating. Jesse was always available by the secure online portal for any questions, additional information or follow up. In addition to Jesse's professionalism and having great experience in functional nutrition, she is so fun to chat with and made me feel very comfortable whenever I was in her space. The front desk staff have always been very friendly and helpful when making orders/pick ups for supplements. On top of all this great service and care, I finally have made major progress in my healing-the first time in many years!!!
I can’t even begin to explain how much has changed for me! I’m not bloated or sick feeling all the time, I’m building muscle mass for the first time in 5 years! My skin is more clear and my skin color is no longer greyish. I think now I am much more knowledgeable about what a balanced meal is and how to eat clean and happy! |
My first 90 minutes with Jesse were refreshing, motivating and thought-provoking. I don't know what else I would be looking for from someone in this profession- she's fantastic! |

Jesse Haas has completely turned my life around and has been a big inspiration to me. I would highly recommend her. I am confident she can do the same for you. |
The biggest thing I learned while working with Jesse is how everything is connected, from self care and awareness to the fruits and veggies on my plate, they all work together to make me the best me I can be. |
Working with Jesse has been absolutely delightful. With her expertise and guidance, I've learned a completely new way to consider, prepare and consume food. My new lifestyle includes cooking, trying new foods and eating fat (my favorite!). Since I started coaching sessions, my ongoing tummy discomfort has decreased almost entirely. Jesse helped me realize that eating doesn't have to be a battle - I've found deep satisfaction in this new way of being. |
Jesse provided a safe and nurturing environment for me to address my health goals. Her encouragement and non-judgmental approach provided the support I needed to address all aspects of my health and kept me motivated and committed to my goals. Throughout my journey, Jesse provided me with a wealth of information. Although scientific in nature, she presented the information in a manner that I could understand, making it simple to generalize into my daily life. Thank you Jesse - I now have the knowledge and confidence to lead a happy, healthy life. |
