You may be surprised to learn that postural imbalances may be the cause of your knee pain. Postural Alignment is for anyone who is limited by chronic pain or lack of mobility. Join us to learn more about how posture is related to knee pain, have an opportunity to ask questions and experience some posture exercises to help realign and reduce pain so you can get back to feeling great.
