It’s my honor to support you on your path of healing and self-discovery. I’m glad you’re here.
My own personal healing explorations over the past three decades have led me to holistic bodywork, psychic/intuitive counseling, trauma-informed somatic therapy, shamanic practices, and transcendental meditation, among other modes and traditions. In my development as a practitioner, I have earned a master’s degree in counseling, completed Healing Touch levels 1–4, apprenticed for a year with renowned healer and author Cyndi Dale, studied qigong with Master Chunyi Lin, and begun studies in core shamanism through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I’m currently a student of trauma-informed massage therapy and I continue to deepen my healing work with the support and mentorship of gifted practitioners and teachers. I meet the mystical wonders I encounter with a mix of reverence, awe, delight, and gratitude. |
In my capacity as an intuitive, integrative energy worker at Wellness Minneapolis, I provide holistic, trauma-informed energy work that’s tailored to your needs and wishes. I approach each client before me as a multidimensional person with their own stories, wounds, and dreams — and someone who is capable of profound healing, joy, and expansion. I view my role as one of compassionate witness and holder of safe, sacred space: I listen to you and attune to your energy to provide a personalized healing session that helps you to connect with your inner wisdom and supports your highest good.
SPECIALTIES
I’ve worked with artists, writers, educators, caregivers, social justice workers, veterans, healthcare workers, healers, ministers, and people living with the effects of cancer and chronic illness. While energy work is beneficial for overall wellness on its own, clients often find that it also complements and facilitates their progress in psychotherapy, coaching, physical therapy, and medical treatments. I enjoy working with people navigating these and other issues:

Energy Work Services
Our energy systems are intricately connected with our overall health, our enjoyment of life, and our sense of alignment with our true selves. The integrative energy work I practice has its foundation in Healing Touch and may incorporate practices of other established traditions and master practitioners. It’s a heart-centered therapy in which I use my hands to clear and balance your energy field to encourage deep relaxation and support your body-mind’s own innate wisdom and power to heal. Sessions may involve gentle touch and/or above-the-body hand motions and can also be conducted remotely.
Each session begins with listening: What would you like to invite into your life? What are you ready (or not quite ready) to let go of? Where would you like more clarity?
We’ll identify your most important questions, concerns, or goals and set our intention for our time together. During the energy work, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table (with pillow, bolster, and blanket provided if desired) in a room designed to support calm and deep relaxation, with gentle lighting and soft music (or no music, if you prefer). Following the treatment, there is time to share and process experiences and insights that arose during the energy work, and to identify steps you can take to support your healing.
Remote sessions
Energy work can also be conducted with client and practitioner in different locations, and it has been shown to be as effective as in-person sessions. Remote sessions may offer convenience and ease for those who have busy schedules, family responsibilities, or Covid concerns, or who are unable to (or prefer not to) leave their home for other reasons.
Sessions begin and end via phone, with energy work generally conducted off the phone (though we can maintain that connection if you prefer). To support the work, it’s best if you can arrange to be in a comfortable, quiet space with no interruption for the duration of your session time.
Timing
Both in-person and remote sessions are 75 minutes, including an intake to identify our focus for your session; up to 60 minutes of table time for healing; and time for sharing and processing experiences and insights that arise. This can shift based on your needs and preferences. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
