Reduce or eliminate chronic pain and begin to flourish in your body!  Restore function as you begin to find more freedom in your movement.  Join us for meditation and postural alignment exercises.  Leave each week feeling grounded, aligned, relaxed and uplifted.

  • Small group setting (4-6 people) making it possible for modifications
  • Learn to recognize your postural imbalances
  • Discover how to realign and bring yourself back into more balance.

Includes:
  • Weekly 60 minute group class including both posture exercises and mediation for alignment of body, mind and spirit
  • Menu of posture exercises you can do at home in-between classes
  • Modifications as needed
