Whole foods detox program with Dr. stamer and jesse HAAS, CNS, LN
With more than 80,000 chemicals approved for use in the USA, Americans are toxic. Exposure to pesticides, heavy metals, flame retardants, plastics and many more contributes to diseases like cancer, heart disease, autoimmune diseases and more.
The question is not “do I need to detox?” The question is, “how do I detox?!” Experience first-hand how making some small changes to your daily habits can improve your digestion, energy and sleep, while supporting your body’s natural detoxification processes. This program is a 3-session series facilitated by Jesse Haas, CNS, LN and Brittany Stamer, ND. During your Whole Foods Detox, you’ll learn how to support your body’s efforts at transforming and eliminating harmful toxins with daily diet and lifestyle habits while completing a 14-day whole foods detox. This is an interactive group with a virtual component to further support you as you go through the program. |
