What to Expect When Scheduling

Discovery Call (Required for New Patients)

All new patients begin with a brief complimentary Discovery Call before scheduling an initial visit. This 10-minute phone call allows you to:

  • Ask general questions about our care model
  • Confirm that we’re a good fit
  • Understand what the first visit includes

Please note: Discovery Calls are informational only and do not include medical advice.

Initial Consultations

  • Adults: up to 90 minutes
  • Children: up to 60 minutes
  • Available in-person or virtually
  • Online intake forms must be completed 48 hours in advance

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, goals, symptoms, and relevant lab work. We take this time seriously so you feel fully heard and supported. 

Follow-Up Visits & Established Patient Services

  • 30- or 60-minute follow-ups
  • Check-in phone calls
  • Letter requests and documentation

Final charges are based on the actual time used.

Please note: appointment fees do not include the 1.8% MN Care Tax.

Wellness Mentoring & Case Consultation

Available for healthcare professionals and small business owners seeking structured business or clinical guidance. All mentoring sessions are conducted virtually.
