IBS: How to Make the Low FODMAP Diet Work for You


Have you been told you have IBS? If so, have you been recommended a Low FODMAP diet but feel like it is impossible to implement? You’re not alone! Many people feel overwhelmed when asked to make this lifestyle change. In light of IBS Awareness month and Dr. Aidanne’s philosophy of utilizing food as medicine, she will cover why the Low FODMAP diet is often recommended to manage IBS symptoms (i.e. gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc.), what it entails, and strategies for success in integrating Low FODMAP foods into your daily routine.
