HOLISTIC HASHIMOTO'S PROGRAM WITH DR. BARRETT
Dr. Barrett is such an incredible wealth of knowledge. She's very professional and organized while at the same time being exceptionally warm and approachable. I loved both the class content and her teaching style. I also loved the group format. If felt really good to see the same faces over the weeks and I felt that we grew to support each other over time, some of us have continued to be in touch after the class.
In this group you will be lead through naturopathic treatments for Hashimoto’s. There are two weeks between classes to allow you to work on making improvements in your health.
Dr. Barrett designed this program after treating Hashimoto’s patients and realizing more time was needed during visits as well as recognizing the need for community support with autoimmune disease. This group is a good fit if you are new to naturopathic medicine and if you are already working with a naturopathic/functional provider. Each class is 90 minutes in duration and packed with information. Dr. Barrett will facilitate the program and present new information in each class. Some of the topics include:
You will receive ‘homework’ assignments after each class. Sharing your experiences with the group is encouraged but not required. Introverts welcome! Dr. Barrett has invited Jesse Haas, CNS, LN and Erica Wallace Moore, reiki master to present during the group.
Graduates of this program are able to join monthly meet ups to stay connected the Hashimoto's community. This program allows you to gain many of the tools you would learn in a naturopathic initial visit and several follow ups all for the price of an initial visit. |

I do a lot of research on my own but I still learned a lot. The product alternatives, websites, and resource recommendations were particularly helpful.
I like the intimacy of a small group. It was very informative and the information was provided in an approachable manner which made it fun.
We covered so much material!
Dr. Barrett was very knowledgable and provided practical advice.
