New Year's Resolutions:
checking in on your goals for 2022
Did you create any New Year’s resolutions in January? Set a goal
or decide to start a new habit? Now that we’re a month into the
year, it’s a good time to check in and see how you are
progressing, as well as reach out for support if you are struggling
with starting or maintaining your goal.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to break
down a goal into attainable and sustainable steps, figure out what
stage of change they are in, and work on a tailored plan to move
forward with their goal.
This workshop will help you gain a better understanding of your
goal, provide steps to move forward, and spark an increased
awareness of what motivates you, all of which will help build a
more sustainable and long-lasting habit.

Her coaching focuses on working one on one or in small groups, partnering with clients instead of prescribing or educating, holistic health, mind/body connection, and fostering self-
compassion and self-awareness. She loves combining aspects of allopathic and integrative medicine, working on personal growth, and bringing creativity and the arts into her coaching sessions.
