Meditation Series for Balance + Vitality
Are you interested in adding meditation to your self-care toolbox or deepening your practice? Join Amy for this 4-week series where you will learn a new meditation each week focused on supporting balance and vitality in your body. Each workshop will provide you with a brief background of the meditation and practice time, plus an audio recording of the meditation so that you can practice throughout the week. Please have a quiet area set up with a comfortable sitting space.

As a bodyworker trained in Therapeutic Massage and Shiatsu, sessions with Amy focus on addressing your immediate concerns as well as the root cause. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and all aspects of your health. Her work is gentle, but deep to unwind patterns that have been held in the body. Sessions together may include assisted stretching, self-care suggestions and aromatherapy.
