Part-time position, 12-15 hours per week, flexible with evening availability required.
Purpose: Provide welcoming, compassionate and informative customer service via phone, email and in-person interactions. To support and assist our integrative and holistic health care team. Maintain a clean and attractive office and retail space.
Responsibilities: Reception staff will split their time between on-site responsibilities with the option to also work from home. On-site hours will be a minimum of twice weekly.

- Provide welcoming customer service: you are the liaison of our clinic! This includes but is not limited to greeting clients, scheduling appointments, obtaining necessary documentation, troubleshooting client concerns, and general client correspondence via phone and email.
- Maintain client privacy and HIPAA-compliance in all communications
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic
- Data entry
- Basic bookkeeping
- Maintain attractive retail displays and fulfill supplement orders to be shipped to customers and coordinate for curbside pick-up.
Essential Qualifications:
- Independently motivated and self-directed
- Friendly, respectful and outgoing demeanor
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Command of written and spoken English, ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to multi-task and manage time well without direct supervision
- Superior writing and editing skills
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve run-of-the-mill technical/computer/printer/scanner issues that arise and learn to use new software, applications, and online management systems
Functional Qualifications:
- Ability to freely access all areas of the clinic
- Ability to operate a computer comfortably for several hours at a time
- Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in food and nutrition, functional medicine, and/or holistic/integrative medicine
- HIPAA trained and knowledgeable
- Proficiency with Macintosh operating systems
- Familiarity with Quickbooks bookkeeping software
- Intention to work in field of holistic health
- Has a working computer and internet access for working from home, if desired
