Welcome!

I would like to personally welcome you to my practice. I started Wellness Minneapolis to provide  exceptional, integrative health care. I will gladly offer you my medical expertise, give informative handouts and resources, provide detailed treatment plans, and make referrals to other practitioners when necessary.

I added Dr. Aidanne to my team in the Fall of 2022 and we work together to offer you the best naturopathic healthcare. 

​It is my hope you will actively participate in your health care. In my experience, those patients who are consistent in keeping their appointments and engaging in their health have fewer episodes of acute illness, less ongoing health issues, and generally continue to enjoy better health overall.

Navigating CharmPHR

We utilize electronic health records in our practice with a patient portal. This means we have a HIPAA-compliant way to connect with each other. We ask patients to fill out extensive health questionnaires and share any recent labwork or imaging through this portal prior to the initial visit. This allows your provider to come fully prepared to your visit.

We are happy to also receive faxes from your care team with previous records and labs. Please have them sent to 833-792-0900.

Practice Admin

We work with virtual admins to coordinate your care. They will send your questionnaires and ensure they are completed in time for your visits. Our admins can also fax records and help coordinate lab orders. When you upload any documents for myself or Dr. Aidanne to review please include 'Practice Admin' when you share those documents.  Our admins will be the one adding that information to your chart.

Product Recommendations

Dr. Aidanne and I will likely recommend supplements, herbs, homeopathics or other products during your visit. You will receive detailed dosing instructions after your visit.

I utilize an online pharmacy called Fullscript to help patients access the highest quality supplements. 
​
Quality is very important. Please be cautious of products you find on Amazon or similar sites and buy directly from manufacturers, local businesses or Fullscript. 

Communicating Between Appointments

You may send unlimited messages to your care provider between your office visits via Charm. These messages are for quick clarifying questions about your current plan. If you have more detailed questions please schedule a check in call.

We are happy to help you with letters for insurance, ordering labs or reviewing articles/outside labs between appointments but we do charge for the time. Please schedule a message reply appointment for these requests.
