In this course, we will share our experience working with flower essences so that you can engage with this work in your own life or practice. This class is ideal for people wanting to cultivate and deepen their relationship with their own healing and with nature. Learning about flower essences is appropriate for both individuals and families as well as practitioners hoping to integrate flower essences into their existing practice. Dr. Clair Hamilton is a naturopathic doctor and East Asian medicine practitioner. She has a gentle approach to providing comprehensive care. To that end, Dr. Hamilton’s care often includes personalized support to help patients have agency over the transformations they hope to make in their health and lives.
She has both a virtual naturopathic and in-person acupuncture/bodywork practice and has trained with leading experts in both disciplines.

Dr. Stamer earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. During her doctoral training, she also earned a Certificate in Natural Childbirth. She supplemented this coursework by completing a two-year apprenticeship in midwifery, women’s health, and pediatrics with a private practice in Portland, OR. Dr. Stamer has a passion for preventative medicine, educating patients about their bodies and health, and serving the community. She seeks to help people on their healing journeys using nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, biotherapeutic drainage, and homeopathy.
