Avocado and Walnut Salad

The ingredients in this delicious salad promote liver health and detoxification.

Serves 4 as a side salad


Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 large handfuls arugula (rocket) leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Whisk oil and vinegar together until well combined.
Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar in a serving bowl and toss gently with dressing.
